COLUMBUS, NE

Wastewater Treatment Plant Extension
Blue Patriot Fab works closely with all of our customers, and this project was no exception. Located in Columbus, Nebraska, the wastewater treatment plant manages domestic and industrial wastewater according to EPA standards.
During this project, Blue Patriot Fab was an integral partner providing both wall spools and the interior piping ranging in diameter from 3 to 36 inches.

HANNIBAL, MO

Wastewater Treatment Plant Extension
Here was an interesting project that Blue Patriot Fab became a key player in helping our customer correct a situation.
Our team discovered that four spools were misaligned when originally installed at the Hannibal, MO, water treatment plant.
With the use of our patented 24-inch Kempf Kollar, we easily reinstalled these correctly for our customer.
Additionally, we were able to provide all of the interior piping for this project.

Wausau, WI

Blue Patriot Fab partnered on a project in Wausau, Wisconsin, to support Victaulic in launching their first ever new large diameter coupling. Our team fabricated and installed the groove piping, ensuring precision alignment and quality throughout the process.
This project showcased our team’s expertise in high-tolerance fabrication and our ability to collaborate seamlessly with industry leaders on innovative mechanical systems.
